Bull 's Story
Meet Bull (also known as Buddy), a 1½‑year‑old Chihuahua with a gentle heart. He started out shy and reserved, but as he settles into his foster home, his playful, lively side is beginning to shine. He currently gravitates a bit more toward women, though that may simply be because the man in the home is the one braving the cold weather for potty breaks.

Bull would likely thrive in a quieter home where he can bond closely with one special person. We haven’t been able to fully assess how he does with other dogs yet, but he has shown no aggression toward people.

He adores mealtime and loves nothing more than curling up on the couch for snuggles. His trust isn’t fully there yet, but he’s making steady progress and we expect he’ll continue to blossom as he feels more secure.

Bull has had no accidents in the house. He is still learning what’s appropriate to chew—cords are especially tempting—so some supervision and gentle guidance will be helpful. He’s discovering how to play, enjoys going up and down stairs, and prefers carpeted areas where he can get good traction.

He’s a curious, sweet little companion who just needs a bit of training and a patient home to help him continue building confidence.

Interested?
