Buddy-courtesy's Story
~~~Courtesy Posting~~~
Donna,
This is an update on . . arguably . . the sweetest dog I think we have ever had. His name is Buddy and he is a purebred, black and white pit bull. He is almost 1 year old. He is current on all shots, neutered and heartworm free.
Last Friday, I was able to be a "fly on the wall" and watch Buddy interact with a family who did not know me or my relationship to Buddy. They had come to the Vet to get shots for their little 2 lbs Yorkie who was running circles around every body. There was about a 8-9 year old young girl and her Mom who were just in love with Buddy. Buddy did not mind the Yorkie or the cats in the Vet's office. The little girl even put her Yorkie in the crate with Buddy, once . I was on all "fours" ready to go get the Yorkie out but Buddy loved it!!! Then, the precocious young girl let Buddy out of the crate. There were no others in the office at the time so I just waited to see what he would do. Lo and behold, before long Buddy and the little girl were lying in the floor like spoons. He was soooo gentle and loving with her, her Mom and the Yorkie. I think they even called the Dad to get him to come over and see about adopting Buddy. Since I have heard nothing else, I assume the Dad nixed the idea because Buddy is a pit bull.
I got some addition pictures of Buddy below. He is very camera shy so the pictures just cannot do him justice. He is soooo gentle. Another young girl at the clinic was trying to coax him into posing for me but he was having none of it . . electing to go back into his crate.
Please post the next pictures you like on the website. Thank you soooo much for helping us find him a forever home. I absolutely love him.
If you are interested in adopting Buddy, please email Suzanne at YoungSunDog@aol.com.
