Buddy's Story

Hi my name is Buddy I was dumped as a puppy at a police dept. I found a home who said he'd love me and exercise me. He didn't and he surrendered me to the kill shelter without telling the rescue. I was adopted again but after all efforts they couldn't help my confinement phobia. I need a high fence with a big back yard. And preferably someone home a lot. I get frantic the first 30 minutes when someone leaves and I just stay by the house. I hate cats. I learned the doggy door and my crate being inside. I'm not housetrained. Will you give me a chance?<br/>NO CATS
