My foster mom always tells me I’m a sweetheart. I’d like to think I’m tough, but I admit, I have a pretty soft heart. I am mellow and a gentle soul. I really love a good belly rub and a back scratch. I love to go to the dog park and run through the trees, and I’m also very good at playing fetch. My absolute favorite thing has to be food, and I’ll sit very nicely for you if you give me a treat! I also know to wait, down and I never forget my manners, I will say please with my paw. I’m very good at travelling in the car and I’ve been to lots of other people’s houses and play well with their kids, dogs and cats, I love cats, I love to groom their ears when they let me. I am so incredibly low key and happy enough to watch the world go by on the deck and sit in a sunbeam chewing on a stick. When I get tired I find a quiet spot to lie down in, or I’ll go and find my kennel to sleep. I would love for you to come meet me and see how cute I am in person! All I ask is for love, kindness, patience, a sense of humor, laughter, joy and respect. We usually don't add the pending until we are pretty sure the adoption will go through (like at the home visit stage)<br><br><br/><br/>On Trial or Trial Visit - means that the dog is in their new home for up to 2 weeks before the adopters need to commit to keeping the dog. We want to make sure that everyone is happy with the new living arrangements! We allow this option for everyone except very long distance adoptions (too far to drive).<br><br><br/><br/>Adopted - you know!! A happy ending for a homeless dog. We try to let everyone know when we have the final word. Within about 24 hours, the dog's bio will be moved to our happy tails section!
