Bud's Story
Hi I am Bud, a 5 month old male puppy. All chihuahua. I am neutered and up to date on my vaccinations. I weigh in at 9.3 lbs and I am not expected to get much bigger than I am right now.
I am playful but I am a little more shy than my sibling, so it takes me a minute to warm up to you. Once I do I enjoy affection. I am extremely young and energetic. The staff has been working with me so I am currently trained on puppy pads, and hit them 95% of the time.
I love toys, especially for chewing. I don't do very well on a leash. But I am still young enough to learn a lot of new things!

If you think you may be interested in adopting Bud you can stop by the shelter any Tuesday-Saturday from 10a.m.-2:30p.m. for a kennel walk through. (We have no same day adoptions and an approved adoption application is required to be scheduled for a meet and greet.) You can pick up an adoption application while you are there or print one off on our website anytime at www.shorespca.com.
You can also email us and ask that an adoption application be attached and sent back to you at shorespca@gmail.com We ask that you have a good vetting history or are able to continue vet care for any of our adoptees.
You can call the Shelter Tuesday-Saturday 10am.-3:00p.m. with any questions at 757-787-7385
