Bud

Meet Bud!! Bud is a brown & black shepherd mix that recently arrived in our Butler shelter. Bud is a very playful and energetic dog who gets along great with the other dogs at the shelter. Bud walks very nicely on a leash and he already knows some basic obedient commands too. While Bud would do well in a home with another dog he also has some behavioral issues which we are working on to correct. Because of these issues Bud needs to go to a quiet home with no children of any age and where there aren't a lot of people visiting all of the time. Bud also needs to be with someone that will keep him active and busy and give him a job to do so he can burn off all of his energy. More importantly Bud will need a dominant master that will be patient with him and continue to teach him commands so he will learn what behaviors are expected of him. Bud craves human attention and he would love nothing more than to have a home and owner to call his own. If you can overlook Bud's behavioral issues and give this little guy a chance then you will find that their is a great dog looking to get out of him.
