Bucky's Story
!!Thanks to a kind samaritan, Bucky's adoption fee has been sponsored. !!

Meet Bucky!

A 59lb, 8-year-old, APBT mix who came to the shelter through no fault of his own and is now looking for a loving home to spend his golden years in. Hes a sweet senior gentleman with a playful spark still shining bright!

According to his previous owner, Bucky is house trained and does well with kids. He tolerates cats and seems interested in other dogs, though he prefers doing his own thing rather than making canine friends. Bucky is not a fan of crates and can struggle with separation anxiety, so he would do best with someone who can give him plenty of companionship and patience as he settles in.

Despite his age, Bucky still has plenty of pep in his step and enjoys playtime and attention. Hes a loyal, spunky boy with lots of love left to give all he needs is a family willing to give him a second chance.

We do all adoptions with approved applicants by appointment only.
