Buck's Story
Meet Buck!
Buck came into the shelter August 31st, found running loose with another dog outside of Alpine City limits. He was adopted but has sense returned to the shelter, to no fault of his own.
Buck gets along with other dogs and has done well in play group. He seems indifferent with cats, there may need to be a safe introduction with cats and him in a new home, we don’t think he knows what they are yet!
Buck is shy around new people but once he gets to know you, he is oh so happy to see you! Buck is great on a leash and enjoys going on walks with our staff and volunteers.
Buck had some time to learn potty training in his last home so he should be fairly easy to train in a new home.
One of our staff members said their favorite characteristic is that Buck is energetic and goofy.
Come meet Buck at the Alpine Animal Services Shelter, 2900 Old Marathon Hwy Alpine, TX 79830.
