Bryce's Story

NOTE:
Submit the adoption interest application directly at our HSNB website!
https://www.hsnb.org/dog-adoption-application

We may not receive anything submitted through PetFinder or Adopt-A-Pet! Bryce came into the shelter at just 2 months old with his brothers Clark, Denali, and Zion. Bryce is an amazing 3-month-old pit mix puppy who is already very mature and has a big heart. Bryce is a curious, adventurous, but gentle boy. He's always the first to explore new spaces and is not intimidated by the doggy door in his foster house, when the excitement winds down, he's quick to snuggle up for some serious cuddles.

Bryce had a very bad injury to his left eye when he came to the shelter. It was successfully treated to the point that he can keep his eye. Unfortunately, Bryce has lost his eyesight in that left eye. The veterinary ophthalmologist says that he still has 80% vision, even without the use of that eye. Partial blindness does not hold Bryce back at all from exploring the world with an eager spirit.
Bryce is currently in foster with his brother Clark, and his foster says he's a joy to have around. He gets along great with other dogs, puppies as well as with his senior foster brother. Bryce knows how to be respectful and read the room. He's also incredibly smart, already learning household routines like heading to his designated feeding area at mealtimes and the command "sit".

At night, Bryce sleeps soundly in a crate and can hold to go potty outside until the next morning. He has not had an accident at his foster house. He and his brother do like to play with pee pads rather than to use them.

Bryce is a quiet boy who rarely barks - he mostly speaks up when someone enters the home. With his affectionate, sweet nature, playful energy, and quick mind, Bryce is ready to bring love and laughter to a forever home.

If you're looking for a puppy who's confident, curious, and cuddly, Bryce is ready to be an amazing companion. Bryce's $300 adoption helps cover his neuter, microchip, and all of his vaccinations. This little warrior is looking for his happily ever after, could it be with you?
