His owners love him deeply, and they have made the difficult decision to seek a new home for Bruno due to major changes in their family and daily responsibilities. They had a baby in July 2025, and with one partner working out of town often, they can no longer provide Bruno with the time, activity, and engagement he deserves. Located in Salem, WI<br/><br/>Bruno is a very loving dog who bonds strongly with his people. He has plenty of energy for an 8 year old guy but is equally content to settle in and relax after a good walk or play session. He LOVES to fetch, chew his bones, and go for walks or runs — a great match for someone looking for an active and attentive companion.<br/>Wonderful With Children. Bruno is absolutely fantastic with children and babies. Gentle, patient, and loving — he has always done well with the little ones in his home.<br/><br/>Household Behavior & Training: Bruno has excellent manners. He is:<br/>• 100% house trained<br/>• Not destructive — he only chews toys/bones, never household items<br/>• Trained to stay off furniture and beds<br/>• Well-behaved and respectful<br/>He’s a smart, eager-to-please boy who thrives with structure, routine, and positive interaction.<br/>Bruno would do best as an only dog, as he has a dominant personality. However, he has shown he can do well with very submissive dogs.<br/><br/>This decision to rehome Bruno was not made lightly. Bruno has been loved, cherished, and deeply valued — and his owners want nothing more than to find a home that can give him the time, exercise, and affection he thrives on.
