Bruce

Meet Bruce! He is a sweet, silly black lab mix and he’s an absolute love! Bruce is around 1.5 years old and has the energy to prove it! He loves to play, run and swim! He currently lives with two small children and is very sweet with them, but is strong so can easily knock them down! Therefore, he may be better in a home with older, sturdy children, but is sweet to all ages. Bruce would do best in a home as the only dog. He has played with other dogs successfully, but seems to be selective, especially when it comes to male dogs. He came to his foster moms with old bite wounds, so it’s believed he has been through some trauma as a puppy and that may have something to do with it. There is no history with him and cats, so that’s unknown. Bruce sleeps through the night in his crate like a good boy, but seems to be a little scared of the dark, so appreciates a night light! If you want a best friend who loves to play, swim, snuggle, wag his tail repeatedly and be your shadow, Bruce is your dog!
