He's crate-trained, potty-trained, and loves to grab a toy and entertain himself. His favorite things? Belly rubs, cuddles, and just being near his people. Bruce is gradually going blind, so he'll need a few simple accommodations, but it doesn't stop him from living a joyful, full life. If your home has stairs, he'll just need a little help getting up and down. Bruce would do best in a home where his people are around most of the day-he doesn't like being left alone for long stretches. He may also thrive with a calm dog companion to keep him company and help show him around, though with the right family, he could do well as the only dog too. K-9 Angels Rescue's Adoption Policy

ADOPTION FEEs: CASH or CHECK ONLY DOGS $200 ($275 for Puppies) - includes spay/neuter alteration, shots, microchip, medicines and other medical procedures, if necessary. OUT OF STATE ADOPTIONS: Due to the Coronavirus we are suspending out of state adoptions until further notice. Our puppies can only be adopted to the immediate Houston vicinity as it takes 4 months for complete vetting by our Houston veterinarian. We have been inundated with too many applications and, going forward, we will only review applications for people who currently have a dog or who have had a dog where the vet reference is in THE APPLICANT's name. We are unable to respond to email inquiries and requests for updates as we do not have the staff or capacity to handle all the emails/applications we are receiving. We will contact you via email with approvals and/or requests should we need additional information. When we reopen for adoptions it will be by appointment only for pre-approved adopters with good vet references. We will continue to do 3rd and 4th vaccinations for any previously adopted puppies from 10am-12pm on Saturdays at the adoption center. Please follow instructions upon your arrival there.
