He is a happy, confident boy with an adventurous spirit and plenty of energy to share.<br/><br/>Whether he's joining you for a long walk, exploring a new trail, or playing a game of fetch, Bruce is always ready for fun.<br/><br/>Bruce is also incredibly smart and loves to learn. He already knows commands like "sit" and "down," is working on "stay," and enjoys enrichment activities such as Kongs, lick mats, and food puzzles. He's highly food-motivated and thrives when given opportunities to use both his brain and his body<br/><br/>In the home, Bruce is affectionate and loving, especially when it comes to body rubs and quality time with his people. He is respectful of furniture and household items, settles well in his crate, and walks nicely on leash with gentle guidance.<br/>Like many young dogs, Bruce is still polishing a few skills, including house training, leash manners in busy environments, and keeping all four paws on the ground when he's excited.<br/><br/>Bruce is looking for a calm, structured home that will continue his training and help him grow into the amazing companion he's destined to be. He is currently in foster in Manhattan, but can be transported anywhere in the north east to the right home.
