This funny, sweet boy is also an impressive climber (like a cat!), so he'll need a home with a full privacy fence to keep him safe and secure.<br/>Despite his playful and loving nature, Bruce's past has been heartbreaking. He was found by a family who didn't want him and threatened to drown him. Passed from one reluctant person to another, Bruce endured living on a chain, harsh punishment for simply barking, and neglect. Bruce is dog-friendly, vaccinated, and neutered. He does not do well with cats, so a cat-free home is best.<br/>If you've ever thought about fostering or adopting a dog in need, Bruce is waiting for his hero.
