BRUCE's Story

Hi there! My name is Bruce and I am looking for my fur-ever family! I was brought in by a good samaritan on February 22nd from the Ravensdale area. I have been a very good boy here at the shelter! I keep my kennel neat, I take my treats politely and I have done well with the dogs I have met here! While I'm still learning many skills, I'm eager to show off my 'sit' and 'stay' skills to my caretakers! I may be 10 months, but I'm still a puppy at heart! It will be very important I go to a home that understands that I will need consistent routine, gentle guidance, socialization with other dogs and humans, and lots and lots of patience during training to make sure I'm the perfect doggy citizen! I am already a very sweet boy but I need consistent training so I can grow up to be the best listener! I am not quite yet potty trained nor crate trained, so I will need some extra help with that. I'm already demonstrating good bathroom manners here at the shelter, so with some extra reaffirmations and lots of treats, I should be able to pick up the rest pretty quick! I am an easy going fella, but I should meet any kids and dogs in the house before going home! I don't quite know how I feel about either yet. You can visit me at the Pet Adoption Center on weekdays from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The Pet Adoption Center is located at 21615 64th Ave S, Kent, WA 98032. Come and visit me today, I'd love to go home with you!
