Poor Brownie. She was surrendered to the Animal Foundation as a puppy, adopted by a family at 5 months, then escaped their yard to be hit by a car at 9 months old. After that, she wasn't wanted by her family. <br/>She spent her first birthday with stitches in both front legs, missing a back leg, wearing a cone and place in the home of a stranger. Not how any of us want to spend a birthday.<br/>Fortunately, she's in the home of a foster and doing great! She's loving and attention seeking and acts like a cat sometimes. She rubs up against your legs, leaning in for pets and cuddles. The leaning may be a result of keeping herself balanced while getting loved.<br/>She's active and loves to chase a ball in the backyard. She knows a few basic commands and is working with her foster to learn more. Do you have room in your home and heart for this beautiful and loving girl?
