Brownie's Story

Poor Brownie found himself homeless after the only person he ever knew was admitted to a nursing home. For over a month he was in a rural, rundown animal control facility scared and missing his person. He would not go near anyone and, if given the chance, would try to run away. But, with love and patience, he has come around tremendously. He still needs to become more confident when left alone and has some trust issues, but all can be remedied with love and patience. He has lived with cats and small dogs with no issues. He has not been tested with children or large dogs. He needs some work walking on a leash but has made great improvements in the short time he's been in foster care. He is housebroken and good in the car. <br/>If you would like to meet Brownie, please contact me.
