This handsome dog showed up as a stray and was never claimed. He came to us with his sister, Bailey. Brooks is very friendly, walks well on a leash, and is house trained. It appears to us that he has been part of a family because he loves people and is very well behaved. He would be good with other dogs and kids too. He doesn't care for cats though. He has a very gentle, sweet personality. Stone County Humane Society Inc.'s Adoption Policy
Adoption applications can be found on our website www.schspets.org. Once the application is received, we will review the information and contact you with questions and to set up a meet-n-greet. All applications must be approved before any adoption. Our adoption fees are $150 for shelter dogs, $200 for Paws in Prison trained dogs, and $75 for cats. We take only cash or check.
