Bronze's Story

Bronze is a poodle mix who weighs about 10lbs she is about 6 years old and we believe she is the mama dog to Brass. Bronze entered the shelter with her daughter Brass as a stray. She was missing an eye from what seems to be a previous eye removal. Bronze is a sweet girl who loves affection. She especially loves children! Bronze is eager to find her new people and would especially love someone who is home a lot with her. Bronze will be spayed on 10/21 and then she will be ready for her forever home!

Barking Wishes Senior Pet Rescue and Sanctuary's Adoption Policy
Applications are reviewed by a director and foster, vet checks are done, home check or virtual home check done, if home is a rental we contact landlords, in depth telephone interview is conducted and a meet and greet with pet is set up. If the adopter advances through all stages of the application process, a director will approve the application and the animal will be transferred to the new adoptive family. The adopter is given a 72 hour window to allow them to return the pet for any reason whatsoever in exchange for a full refund or more suitable pet. Our contract states that after that 72 hour window, we will always take our dogs back into the rescue for any reason and they aren’t to be taken to a shelter or re-homed
