<p>Brix is a 5-year-old, 61 lb mixed breed with an easygoing personality, a playful side, and a whole lot of love to give!</p><br/><br/><p>This handsome boy is a gentle soul who has previously lived with young children and has been incredibly sweet and patient with the little ones he's met in foster care. He can be a little shy when meeting new adults, but once he realizes you're a friend, he'll happily soak up all the attention and affection!</p><br/><br/><p>Brix is dog friendly and enjoys having canine companions, although his play style can be a little rough and tumble! He'd do best with a confident dog who can match his energy or appropriately set boundaries. He also seems to enjoy having a nurturing canine companion to look to for comfort.</p><br/><br/><p>Brix is settling beautifully into his foster home and has mastered his daily walking routine! He's a pretty good leash walker, is learning to sit calmly before outings, and is VERY food motivated. He'll happily offer a sit for a tasty treat (after a few excited tippy-taps, of course!). He's still working on crate training and would benefit from a patient adopter willing to continue building his confidence and routine.</p><br/><br/><p>With his sweet disposition, love for people, and playful personality, Brix has all the makings of a wonderful family companion. He just needs someone willing to give him a little time to settle in and show him that he's finally home.</p><br/><br/><p>Brix has completed his veterinary care (neuter, vaccines, microchip). He's currently on medication to get his skin allergies under control. His adoption fee is $250.
