Brittanica's Story
Britannica is a shy yet curious young girl with the sweetest face and cutest bouncy ears. While she is unsure about the noise and activity of the shelter, she has started to warm up to volunteers and allow gentle pets. She is also treat-motivated, which will help with training and bonding.

Britannica is used to living with other dogs and would likely do best with a confident, respectful canine sibling to help her settle in and learn how to live her best life as a dog of leisure. One of her back legs is underdeveloped—likely a congenital issue—although she doesn’t seem to notice and gets around just fine. She will do best in a home without a lot of stairs. She doesn’t presently walk on leash but is okay being picked up and carried with a slow approach.

Britannica is looking for a calm, adult-only household and a patient adopter with small dog experience who will give her the time and space she needs to feel safe.

View this post on Instagram

A post shared by @adopt_oas_fosters
