BRIT's Story

BRIT was brought to the shelter as a stray, so nothing is known about her background.

BRIT is estimated to be approximately 2 years old, she weighs 46 lbs and she has had her DA2PP and bordetella vaccines. BRIT is not yet spayed, but she is on the waiting list at the vet. If BRIT is not spayed prior to adoption, her adoption fee includes a $75 voucher to be used toward her spay surgery at the vet of your choice.

BRIT is a super sweet, very friendly, really nice girl who knows "sit" and is ready and willing to learn a lot more! BRIT enjoys a nice walk and loves people.

It is difficult to tell for sure in the shelter whether or not a dog is housebroken so it is best to assume they are not and be pleasantly surprised if they are!

BRIT has been fine around the other dogs at the shelter but nothing is known about how she is with kids or cats since there are neither at the shelter. Please bring your kids, dog(s), and even your cat(s), if possible, to the shelter for a meet and greet with the help of the warden or deputies just to be sure everyone gets along before taking BRIT home!
