Brinks's Story

I am Brinks and the scars on my body appear to tell a story. My rescuers have no idea what happened to cause these scars, but I will bear them for the remainder of my life and they are sure that whatever caused them was painful for a very long time. But whatever my former life was, I am looking to the future. I am a happy go lucky boy who has left all of that in the past where it belongs.

Going forward I want to love life and everyone I meet. I am very smart and obedient and have shown over and over that I am a lover not a fighter. I am an energetic, young boy. If there is another dog in the household... my playmate has to match my energy. For sure, I would be a bit much for smaller dogs and I would need a dog more my size. I absolutely love people and give hugs when I want to show my love ??.

I am crate trained and a quiet boy when in my crate. I appear to be crate trained, as long as I am allowed out on a regular basis and allowed to run. I cannot be expected to hold it forever, so my family will have to pay attention and get me on a pottie schedule.

I was born around the first part of 2021. I am a Red Heeler (Australian Cattle dog) mix. I am up to date on all vaccines, as well as microchipped and neutered. I am heartworm negative and received a six month Proheart injection to keep me HW negative.

My adoption fee is $200.00. There is an application process and a home visit will be done, your location is not an issue.

PLEASE REMEMBER WHEN ADOPTING A PET, IT CAN BE A 15++ YR COMMITMENT. ADOPT RESPONSIBLY!!
