She was found as a stray, waiting for someone who never came back for her... and since then, she's been waiting all over again -- this time for a forever home that still hasn't come.<br/><br/>For 124 days, Briana has watched other dogs walk out of the shelter doors into loving homes while she stays behind, still hoping her turn is coming. Day after day, she waits patiently, never losing her gentle, loving spirit.<br/><br/>Despite everything, Briana is incredibly sweet and full of life. She has a playful, affectionate personality and finds joy in the little things -- a toy, a kind voice, a moment of attention. And one thing that brings her comfort more than anything is her tire toy -- she absolutely adores it. You'll often find her carrying it around, holding onto it like it's her little piece of happiness in a place that hasn't yet become home.<br/><br/>She's currently doing well with her kennel mate, showing she can get along with other dogs. We're still unsure how she does with cats or children, and her house or crate training is unknown.<br/><br/>She is heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations, and weighs 49 pounds -- the perfect size for cuddles she's been missing for far too long.<br/><br/>Briana doesn't ask for much... just a chance. All cats and kittens are $75.00 unless otherwise noted. Our system automatically updates adoptable websites every two hours. Feel free to email or call us with any questions you may have. Our contact number is 270-887-4175. The shelter is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30-4 and is closed daily for lunch from 12:30-1. Adoptions are done on a first come first serve basis for owner releases. Strays have a wait list.
