Bri's Story

Hi, I'm Bree—and I may be 10, but I've got plenty of life left to live!

Don't let my age fool you. I'm a 10-year-old girl with a young-at-heart spirit, lots of energy, and a whole lot of love for life!

I'm a curious girl who likes to know what's going on around me. I love exploring my surroundings and checking out new things. Toys are fun, too... but honestly, my people are my favorite toys!

I like to have a good burst of energy—run around, explore, have some fun—and then when I've gotten it out of my system... CUDDLE TIME!

I'm very much a "play hard, cuddle harder" kind of girl.

Here's a little more about me:

I LOVE people! My humans are my favorite.
I'm good with other dogs! More friends, more fun.
I'm good with older kids. We're still not sure how I feel about little ones, so older kiddos are probably the better fit for me.
I'm a good girl at the vet! No drama from me.
I board well, which means I could be a fantastic travel companion! Imagine me joining a couple on their RV adventures and seeing the country together.

And if you're not local, that's okay! I can be transported to another state, with transportation arranged by my rescue mom. My furever family could be anywhere!

At 10 years old, I've learned that life is pretty wonderful. I don't need to spend my days worrying about how old I am. I just want to explore, play, love my people, enjoy a little burst of energy, and then curl up next to you for a good cuddle.

I'm proof that age is just a number when your heart is full of love.

So if you're looking for a sweet, curious, energetic girl who could be your walking buddy, your travel companion, your adventure partner, AND your cuddlebug...

I'm Bree, and I'm ready to enjoy the rest of my life with YOU! Want to meet me? Give my rescue mom a call at 901-570-1488!

P.S. If you have an RV, I hear there's a whole country out there waiting for us to explore. Just saying...

Memphis and Midsouth Animal Advocates's Adoption Policy
I am careful and conservative......lots of information gathering, several meetings at their home and at the rescue. I contact their Vet references if they have cared for animals before. Mandatory three training sessions that I attend with them and the pet if they have never had a pet before. We supervise the introductions of their current animals and their prospective pet. We provide aftercare followup and advice for the lifetime of their pet. We insist in the contract that the pet comes back to us immediately if they don't work in their adoptive family. Our dogs in the Midsouth need to be indoor dogs, no chains or tethers unless their person is outside with them, such as gardening in the front yard or camping.
