Brewster – Staffordshire Terrier mix – 3 yrs – (60lbs)<br/> <br/>Meet our handsome boy, Brewster! Poor Brewster has never had anything stable in his life. His first family dumped him at the Maricopa County shelter when he was just a puppy; there was no reason given. He was then adopted and lived with that person for about 18 months when she lost her home and gave him to her mom. At that house, he killed one of her chickens so she surrendered him to another county shelter. He sat there for seven long months and we have no idea why! We spotted his gorgeous face and just couldn’t leave him there any longer. <br/><br/>Brewster has quickly become a shelter staff favorite. We all love him and are determined to find him a “real” home where he can be loved and live forever. Brewster is super lovey; he wants to be with people as much as possible. He makes funny “Chewbacca” noises to get attention. He is housebroken, great in his kennel area, and loves to go for walks. He is very strong and sometimes pulls on the leash, but little training will help him slow it down. He also loves other dogs and has several playmates at our shelter. Brewster is great with humans of all ages and wants nothing more than a good spot on the sofa next to someone who loves him and a yard to play in.
