In that time they had two children, and they're kind of overwhelmed with two tiny kids and Bree. Bree is thought to be a lab heeler mix, but her behavior seems to be more heeler. She tries to herd the kids sometimes, and she can be very protective with her people. When I met her today, she seems to be lacking in confidence, and would benefit from some training and confidence building.<br/><br/>Bree is potty trained, crate trained, and knows a few commands. She's about two and a half years old, spayed, and up-to-date on vaccines. She tends to bark at people and other dogs that are not part of her pack. She's good with the little kids, they haven't had her around cats. She's not really built like a lab, she's a lot leaner. I'm guessing 45 lb. They got a new neighbor about a year ago who has Aussie that barks a lot, and that seems to be what started Bree barking at other dogs and people. She seems really sweet, and I think with some consistency and some confidence building, she she will do much better. I brought my dog Betty to meet her, and as you can see in the video in the comments, Bree was fine with her. Her owner won't be asking for an adoption fee, but she will be particular about where she goes. Has to be a good match, and you need to have a relationship with a vet, or be able to get one.
