Brandi's Story

Brandi is a five-year-old bundle of hugs and kisses. Lovable to a fault. The kind of girl who thinks the best place in the whole world is close enough to you that she can feel you breathe.

She’s great with people and kids, okay with cats, and she has good manners in the home. Brandi is housebroken, crate trained, and she sits politely for treats and supper like a little lady.

But here’s the honest part, because Brandi deserves the right match.

Brandi is not a “friends with everyone” dog. She can do well with other dogs, but not every dog. She doesn’t take well to being challenged, so she needs to be either an only pup or paired with a very docile, submissive dog who won’t test her. In her current foster home there are four dogs. She gets along famously with two of them. The third has a similar personality to Brandi, and that combination just doesn’t work.

A couple more Brandi notes:
About 33 pounds
Fenced yard required
Best as an only dog or with a calm, easygoing dog
Great with people and kids
Okay with cats
Housebroken and crate trained
Sits politely for treats and meals
Very attached to her humans.
