Bram's Story

This dog is recommended for a home with adults only

Due to my physical appearance, I may experience discrimination and be unable to live in a city with Breed Specific Legislation.

------------------------------------------------------------------------
Staff & Volunteer Testimonials:

"Always rolls over to her tummy, such a silly sweet girl!"

"A really sweet girl who will always greet you with a smile!"

"She's perfect. Other than some high arousal tendencies when she gets really excited, and the worst that staff has seen is that she "love bites" between kisses. She loves attention, and would prefer to be the only child, as she is dog selective, requiring dog meets. It only takes her a couple of seconds to fall in love with someone, and she'll let you know by staring into your soul with her beautiful brown eyes. She usually lays down when she doesn't want to walk anymore, but she can be convinced to get up with a piece of her kibble. She adores belly rubs, and rolling in dirt, leaves, etc. and loves to be baby-talked. She is beloved by staff and some volunteers."

"Bram is the bell of the ball! She's a little shy at first, but once you've won her trust she blossoms into a loyal friend, fun loving and is happy to be with you all the time! She enjoys staying up late and watching movies and hanging out with you where ever you go! If you love a cuddle bug she's your best friend! We love you Bram and we are so proud of you sweetie!"

"Bram just wants cuddles and would love to be your couch potato."

"She makes very cute snorting noises and will stare at you with loving eyes for an extended period of time."

"Bram is the type of dog you want to snuggle the second you meet her. She is an absolute cutie-patootie who adores affection and attention. One of the sweetest things about her is her eyes—she has a very deep look and just stares right into your heart. She’s a silly, squishy and yet also soulful gal who’s so deserving of a gentle and loving home."

"Bram is a lovey dovey sweetheart with the softest belly ever. She is also playful and silly in all the best ways."

"Bram is a goofy, wonderful girl who enjoys chewing on toys, eating biscuits, and love from her favorite humans."

------------------------------------------------------------------------
Pet of the Week:

Meet Bram – A Spirited Young Dog Ready for Her Next Chapter!

Bram is a 2-year-old pup who came to us as a stray and has been winning hearts with her big personality ever since. She’s a lively, playful girl who thrives on interaction and enjoys spending time with people she trusts.

Bram is full of energy and can get a little over-excited at times, but she’s shown us that she responds well to calm guidance and verbal cues. With structure, patience, and plenty of opportunities for play and exercise, she’ll shine in a home where she can be both active and loved.

After spending time with our behavior team in an office setting, Bram has shown just how much she enjoys being part of a daily routine. We believe she’ll flourish in a home where she can continue to build on her progress and share her affectionate, fun-loving side.

Bram is seeking an adopter who understands her spirited nature and can provide consistency and positive outlets for her energy. Because of her high arousal behaviors, she’ll do best in a home without children.

If you’re looking for a bright, energetic companion who’s eager to bond and grow with you, Bram may just be the perfect match!
