Meet Bowie!<br/>Bowie is a 6 year-old standard red Goldendoodle. Bowie is very playful and sweet; however, is very particular with whom. Bowie prefers women; he<br/>takes quite a while to warm up to men. He needs time to warm up to anyone, but does warm up to women more quickly. <br/><br/>Bowie needs to be in an adult-only home. Whatever happened to this sweet boy in the past has given him triggers when it comes to children who get too close. <br/><br/>He is very smart and playful, does not get on furniture, and he is very content in his bed on the floor next to yours. He goes into his crate; he does not have to be in one, but he likes sleeping in there sometimes. <br/><br/>He has some resource guarding issues, but he is getting better. Bowie is being fostered with other dogs, but seems more independent. He would thrive in an only-dog home. He is also being fostered with cats. He shows interest in them, but would do best with no cats, since he may think they are toys. <br/><br/>Bowie would do best with a fenced yard or should pick up quickly on an invisible fence. He loves to sit outside and watch the world.<br/><br/>He will need to be a local adoption only, as he may need multiple visits to become used to a new situation since he has been bounced around. He would love to have a permanent home where he can rest his head.<br/><br/>He is neutered, UTD on vaccines and heart worm prevention.
