Bowie is a sweet little man who came into the shelter very scared. He's warmed up a ton and is gaining more confidence by the day! He will need most basic puppy training, but is already doing wonders on the leash. When he came into the shelter, he had clearly never been on a leash in his life and would just lay down, unsure of what to do next.
