For nearly a week, he was spotted running around the neighborhood, always just out of reach. Each time someone tried to approach, Bowie would dart away — turning it into a game of hide-and-seek that had everyone rooting for his safety.<br/><br/>Thankfully, his caring neighbors were finally able to slip a leash on him and keep him safe in their garage until our officers could arrive. Once here at the shelter, Bowie started to show his playful side! When meeting a similar-sized female dog, he was initially more focused on marking all the new spots — but before long, he relaxed and began bouncing around, ready to play and make friends. ????<br/><br/>Now, this sweet boy is looking for a forever family who will keep him safe, loved, and secure, so he never has to play hide-and-seek with strangers again.<br/><br/> Bowie is also thought to be housebroken!
