Hi there 'm Bowie a 11 month old GSD/pitbull/Australian Shepherd mix. I'm what you would call a high energy dog. As a pup, I didn't get the training and boundaries needed for an energetic dog like myself and that's what ended me in the shelter. I am a very sweet guy with tons of potential. I would love to do agility, rally or just be your best running/hiking partner. I'm good with the other dogs I've met but I am so eager to meet them I need to calm down first, which I am working on at the rescue. I would be best with a family with kids 10-12 or older due to my dynamic personality as I can quickly get excited. For now, I can walk well on a loose leash and have my first pack walk under my belt. I know Sit, working on Place and Down. I love to play with toys with my humans. And I love to play/chase with other dogs. If you're looking for a spirited sweetheart who really just wants to be with people then I'm the guy for you. I travel well, love the water and I'm looking for a foster or adopter who can keep up with me.
