Bosley's Story
Hi, I’m Bosley and I'm one of those big dogs - big dog, big heart, big snoozer, big cuddle bug, and occasionally big-time ball chaser (still working on the "stop in time" part).

When I was younger, I thought I had it all figured out. I found a home, settled in, and life felt pretty good. But somewhere along the way, things changed for me. I ended up back at the shelter right before Christmas from a completely different area, and I wasn’t feeling like myself at all. My skin hurt, my fur was patchy, and honestly... I just felt kinda crummy.

That part wasn’t my favorite.

But then these humans stepped in - the really good ones. They got me feeling better with baths and meds and a whole lot of care. And after a little while, I started to feel like me again.

I started feeling like the guy who loves running along the fence with other dogs, tossing out big play bows like "HEY! Let’s be best friends!" The guy who chases a ball with his whole heart (and sometimes slides right past it, but we’re all laughing, so it’s fine). The guy who just really, really likes being around people.

And now? I feel good. Like, really good. I’m all fixed up, heartworm negative, house broken, and ready to get this forever home thing started. I'm overall a pretty easy going guy so other than a larger than average spot on the couch I won't ask a lot. (I'm talking to all you big goofy dog lovers out there because I am a perfect specimen.)
Now that I've told you my story I just KNOW the right person will come and ask to meet me - I'll be waiting!
