Boris's Story

Introducing Boris, the distinguished senior pup in search of his forever home! Boris's journey began when he was rescued from the E-list at the county shelter, and now he's ready to find a loving family to call his own.

Despite his age, Boris is full of vitality and spirit. He may be on medication for his thyroid and have a slightly weak hind end, but don't let that fool you – Boris still loves to play fetch and gets around like a champ! In fact, he could play fetch all day long if given the chance.

This big boy weighs over 100lbs and is still as strong as ever. While Boris may take a little time to warm up to new people, once he does, he's a big love bug who adores attention and affection. However, because he can be cautious around strangers initially, Boris would thrive best in an adult-only home where he can feel secure and comfortable.

Boris prefers to be the center of attention as the only pet in the household. He's not particularly fond of other animals, so he'll need a home where he can reign supreme as the sole furry friend. Besides his love for fetch, Boris enjoys going for walks and playing with all kinds of toys. Plus, he's house trained, potty trained, and has been impeccably nondestructive while indoors.

If you're ready to open your heart and home to a special senior pup like Boris, he's more than ready to return the favor with a lifetime of love and companionship. Give Boris the chance to be your loyal and devoted companion, and you'll both be rewarded with endless joy and happiness together.

If you can give Boris an indoor forever home, please fill out our online application on our website at http://www.savingpawsrescueaz.org/adoption-form/

We will only schedule meet and greets with an approved application. We are an all-volunteer organization. It may take a couple of days to process an application and complete reference checks.

Thank you for your interest in saving the life of a dog.
