He is very friendly and full of energy, he truly lives up to his name!<br/><br><br><br/>He tested positive for heartworm, so he will need some recovery time from the treatment before he will be available for adoption.<br/><br><br><br/>Like most rescues we operate with volunteers and are funded by donations. GLWR and Bopper would greatly appreciate any contribution you could make to help pay for his Heartworm treatment.
