Boomer's Story

Meet Boomer!!!

Boomer is an 8-year-old handsome gentleman who came to us as a transfer from another shelter. While we don’t know much about his past, we’re excited to watch his personality emerge as he becomes more comfortable here.

So far, Boomer has been a bit on the nervous side, which is completely understandable with all the recent changes in his life. We know there’s more to this sweet boy, and we’re looking forward to seeing him open up as he settles in.

Boomer has the potential to do wonderfully in a variety of homes. With a little time to adjust, he could be a great companion for families with children. He may also enjoy the company of another dog, especially with a slow, thoughtful introduction.

He is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccines and preventatives.
If you have further questions, please call the shelter at (517) 626-6060 or email our adoption staff at adoptions@AdoptLansing.org.
