Boomer's Story

This is Boomer. He is the sweetest boy with adult humans, and he is unsure about kids, mostly from lack of being around them. He knows how to sit and fetch. He will be 3 on December 2nd. He loves to run, he loves to go for walks and his all time favorite is being in your lap. I mean, he LOVES to be loved. He takes treats very nice, and he is potty trained. But sometimes he just gets so excited and piddles a little. This silly boy is deathly afraid of dumpsters. He is also fixed and up to date on shots.
Boomer needs to be an only pet. He is such a good boy, but he needs all the love. He needs just one or two people or a family with older kids, to give him all the love he needs. Boomer is extremely protective and aggressive with his food and toys and bones only towards animals. He is also protective of his human, and does become aggressive if he feels im threatened. Boomer needs a chance with someone that can give him the environment he needs to succeed, it breaks my heart that at this time in my life I cant. Cats are also a no, because if they go near his food, he will become aggressive. In the name of transparency, when I say aggressive I mean attack. He attacks my other 2 dogs and has gone after my cats. Boomer deserves an environment where he gets to run and be the only dog. He is such a good boy, he just is not thriving in the environment that im able to provide.
Yes, there is a rehoming fee and I will want to see the environment he will be in. He is a Pitt, and I will not let him go into a situation that isn't not better than what I can give him. We've are in priest river, ID and I will make a drive for the right home.
