Boomer's Story

Handsome boy Boomer was brought in as a neglect case on Christmas Eve. He, along with others, were left abandoned and starving inside a home. They had to remain in the care of the shelter pending investigation, but we are so happy to say they are all now healthy, happy, and ready for the next part of their journey!

Boomer is calm, gentle and would be an ideal candidate for a therapy dog. He is a light heartworm positive but has undergone fast-kill treatment and will be retested 6 months from treatment. The rescue will fund any additional treatment if required.
