Our facility is open for adoptions by appointment. Please complete the adoption questionnaire found at this link https://form.jotform.com/211596541894163 . Once we have received your completed questionnaire someone will be in touch to set up an appointment for you to come in and meet the pet(s) you are interested in. If you have questions prior to completing the questionnaire please email info@clarkshelter.org or call (859)737-0053. Appointments will not be scheduled until the questionnaire is completed. This process can typically be completed the same day or by the next day depending on appointment availability.<br/><br/>Boomer was surrendered to the shelter because his owner was moving. Boomer has been with the same person since he was a puppy so the shelter has been a little overwhelming. Boomer has been very sweet but it has been hard for him to settle and relax. He is very sweet and gets along with other dogs but would prefer a quiet home where he can just settle in and enjoy the rest of his life. If you have a quiet home and are interested in giving Boomer the love he deserves for the time he has left please complete an adoption application.
