Bongo's Story

Bongo was found a stray in Rankin Inlet Nunavut. He flew to Winnipeg where we had him in foster care until he could make his way to Ontario. Our partnering rescue K9 Advocates Manitoba works closely with First Nation Communities to help dogs in need and rehome the surrendered and abandoned ones.

Bongo is currently in foster care with another male dog and has met other male neutered and intact males and has been great with them. He is a very vocal dog when he wants to tell you he wants to go outside or he wants to go meet another dog. Bongo is a strong boy and would need an experienced handler who can help him with his leash manners and remind him he’s not pulling a sled!

Bongo loves to lay outdoors and just watch the world go but but he is also a very affection boy too. He will need a home with a 6ft fence and no cats. He has quite the prey drive and you’ll find this out when he sees a squirrel when out for a walk. Bongo loves his adventures and daily walks but just over all loves being outdoors.

Bongo is approx 1y Neutered and up to date on Vaccines

Adoption Application ????
https://form.jotform.com/201853389773265
