Hi! My name is Bongo and I am a 1-2 yr old male red heeler mix. I am a happy, active, fun bundle of doggy joy! If you are looking for an adventure buddy, I'm your pup! I love to hike and run. And, I like to stay close to my person (or at least know where you are all the time), so, with just a tiny bit of training, I will make a great off leash dog. My enthusiasm and love for my person flows out of me and I will always be the first to greet you with kisses and hugs. Because I am still learning manners, I would probably not be a good fit for a home with small/young children. Older, (> 8 yr) dog savvy kids would be OK. I am house-trained, crate-trained and learning to walk without pulling too much on a leash. I am neutered and up-to-date on my vaccinations.
