Bon Jovi Australian Shepherd Mix Houston, TX

This stunning fella is fun loving, playful and smart! Jovi (aka Bon Jovi) is a high energy 6 year old Australian Shepherd mix that loves human connection and is happiest when he’s playing and exploring the world around him. Once the energy has been depleted, he loves to snuggle up to relax and recharge. Jovi is good with other dogs his size that can match his energy or that will be patient with his. He is kid friendly, but due to his energy 12+ would be best. He does need a home free of cats and small critters. Jovi is house and crate trained, up to date on vetting, neutered and microchipped.

Jovis forever family will need to be experienced and committed, willing to help him channel his enthusiasm into learning and growing through positive reinforcement. He needs a secure, fenced yard where he can exhaust all his Aussie energy. **No apartments!** Jovi loves to run (surprise!). We think, with some leash training, he has the potential to be a walking/hiking/running buddy.

Jovi carries a world of potential in his wagging tail and eager eyes. He has a heart full of hope and a longing for a family to call his own.

Currently residing in Houston, TX, Jovi is available for adoption locally and he is also willing to travel to an approved adopter in the Northeast, Midwest or the Pacific Northwest.
