BonBon's Story

BonBon was adopted from Pasadena Humane in 2012 as a young dog. Now 15 years old, he found himself back at the shelter in mid-October in need of a new home.

Shelter staff reached out to us for a safe exit for BonBon, and on October 29th, we welcomed him to the Frosted Faces family. He is so sweet and soft, and he has an adorable little overbite!

As you can see in the videos, BonBon enjoys being petted and going for walks. He has the cutest hoppity trot and lots of pep!

BonBon went on a five-day Frosted Field Trip for a staycation in the comfort of a home. We learned a lot about this little guy!

"BonBon enjoys being cuddled and petted and will soak up love like a sponge! After a few days, he now follows me around, which is adorable. He is a very quiet pup, while I've not heard him bark at all, he makes the cutest little squeaks, grunts, and snores.

BonBon feels very secure in his crate. When I had to run out for a couple of hours, he promptly went to sleep and was snoozing when I got home. He also sleeps through the night in his crate.

BonBon is very good in the car; he curls up and snoozes. He did fine with my elderly dog, who ignored him. They co-existed peacefully.

BonBon is a slow eater, but he eventually finishes most of his meals. He has absolutely no food aggression and takes treats gently.

BonBon is a perfect little companion, and I know his lucky family is out there!"

To meet this little sweetheart, please email:
placement@frostedfacesfoundation.org
