BOLT's Story

Bolt is a goofy, happy, energetic, active guy looking for two legged and four legged friends. This pup has never known a real home or a family … he was abandoned as a puppy, picked up and never claimed at the dog shelter, and has never been chosen. He has been moved to a foster home but that’s not where he should be! He wants to play outside, go for walks, engage other dogs for zoomies, eat dinner on patios and be “free” of a shelter ID as his label. He has a heart murmur and has been seen by a cardiologist whose recommendation is simply a pill a day and let him be a dog! He can be ornery when it comes to boundaries … he wants to explore the world beyond 4foot fences but is so “good” that he jumps back over when he is called. Seriously … this boy is just the best … there has to be someone out there that needs a goofy teenage boy with a heart of gold in their lives?!? No cats though. 9months, $150

If you would like to meet BOLT please complete an application for adoption, copy and paste this link into your browser

https://fs17.formsite.com/adoptionscc/form1/index

Any vaccinations/boosters due after adoption is finalized will be the new owner's responsibility. All animals are current at time of adoption but in some cases a booster series is required or a vaccine cannot be given due to age and cannot be completed prior to adoption

Our adoptable animals come to us from various sources, the most common being from an animal shelter who is unable to handle their physical or mental needs in the shelter setting but believe with the appropriate care, they can become adoptable.
