Boe's Story

Speckles anyone? Who is a sucker for speckles? How about if they're attached to a handsome hound. Boe brings it all including speckles, hound-
i-ness, fabulous markings and a jaw dropping tri colored coat. Boe is an adult hound who weighs about 40 lbs now and is a little underweight but is small for hound standards. This young man is full of life and energy and
loves to be on the move and take it all in. You will never be short on zest with Boe around. Hiking, wandering, running, adventuring? Boe can do it all. He is a social dude who enjoys the company of others, dogs and humans alike, and would definitely do better in a home that offers regular exercise and doesn't mind a hound howl or two when the need calls for it. Boe is ready to coming bounding into your life!
*Sleepover feedback: "Had the best weekend! Boe is an amazing dog. I love him!! He is very friendly. He wags his tail when passing people on the street. He would be fantastic in a home with children and a big yard. He is great on leash, and a good listener. He loved Eno River and Umpsted State Park. He is also a great buddy to take on drives- he just sits in the back and chills! He is very calm for a hound. He was truly a joy to host, and I HIGHLY recommend him for adoption".
**Hiking feedback: "He'd make a great hiking buddy for anyone - stayed focused on the trail and didn't get too distracted by the sights and smells. During breaks, he would have been happy to keep walking! Boe tended to keep to himself, but was great with other dogs and people around".

Saving Grace Animals for Adoption's Adoption Policy
All puppies and dogs at Saving Grace are crate trained, have been spayed/neutered, are up to date on their vaccinations, are on heartworm preventative and have been microchipped. Their adoption fee is $395.00. Each has been carefully screened for disposition and temperament in order to provide your home with a safe companion that will enjoy life as your new family member. Our Adoption Request Form can be completed online at our website at https://savinggracenc.org/adopt/. An Adoption Request Form is required before setting up an appointment to meet with a potential adoptee or a foster home. Sending an Adoption Form does not commit you to an adoption, it simply provides us with background information on potential homes. If you'd like to donate to help cover the cost of care for these wonderful dogs awaiting new homes, please visit the donate page on our website at https://savinggracenc.org/give/donate-now/. Saving Grace is a small, non-profit 501-C3 organization operated by volunteers only. Most of our animals come from rural animal control shelters where lack of space and resources limit their time and adoption possibilities. Thank you for choosing Saving Grace! We look forward to helping you find your new companion and family member.
