Bodi's Story

It is hard to tell in the photos, but this is just a little guy, not a big brawny husky — you only need one arm to hold him. This bodacious young pup with the electric blue eyes came in as a stray. It is hard to believe that this gorgeous guy -- estimated to be only 4 months old -- was out there on his own. Oh yes, he is a charmer, but make no mistake...those little puppy needle teeth can tear your skin as cleanly as he can skin a stuffed toy! Oh the antics of a precocious puppy — maybe not the best for small children.

Although it is difficult to verify 100% because dogs have many methods to experience the world, it is assumed that Bodi is deaf. At only around 15 lbs, he has plenty of growing to do. But his best features are that he already knows that all-important "sit" command and it appears he may even be crate-trained. Smart, friendly and confident, newly named Bodi is ready to be interviewed by potential adopters.

You can visit the dogs from noon - 3 pm Saturdays and Sundays, otherwise by appointment. We always recommend submitting an application (and a copy of recent vet records for your current pets if applicable) to info@aradopt.org.

Link to application: https://www.angelridgeanimalrescue.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/Dog-Application.pdfsBodi knows how to use
