Bob's Story
Bob is a social butterfly through and through-he lives for companionship and connection. Whether it's hanging out at a dog-friendly coffee shop, having friends over, or hitting up doggie daycare, Bob is happiest when he's around people and other dogs. If you work from home, are retired, or can bring your pup along on daily adventures, Bob just might be your perfect match.

This handsome guy is patient, gentle, and incredibly tolerant of all play styles. He's been great with dogs of all ages and personalities-his bestie Mala is a strong-willed girl, and Bob doesn't mind one bit. He's also done well around cats, though he'll bark at them if they're feeling feisty. But if they ignore him? He'll lose interest.

Bob enjoys car rides, all kinds of toys (he's equal-opportunity when it comes to squeakers, ropes, and balls), and being your shadow. He's fully housebroken and walks well on a leash. He does best in a home with another dog, both for companionship and for continued confidence-building.

But here's the thing: Bob struggles with being alone. He has separation anxiety and can be destructive if left by himself. He needs a person or family who truly gets him-someone patient, loving, and committed to helping him continue to heal from his past. He does not do well in standard kennels and will require either a very secure setup or a home where someone is around most of the time.

The good news? Bob's adoption includes four free training sessions with Confident Canine KC to help ease his transition and continue building his confidence.

Bob is not for everyone-but for the right person, he will be a once-in-a-lifetime companion. He has already made incredible progress, and with the right home, he's ready to blossom into the loyal, happy, snuggly dog he was always meant to be.

Bob is eligible for our Foster-to-Adopt program, which means you can take some time to get to know him in your home before finalizing the adoption. It's a great way to ensure the perfect fit!

Ready to meet Bob and become his whole world? He's waiting to meet you.

-----------------------------------------

If you're interested in adopting, please apply online at mscrescue.org/adopt.
