Bob's Story

Bob is an approximately 5 year-old, 28-lb terrier mix. Maybe Havanese, Lhasa, Schnauzer, or Wheaten would be our best guesses. Bob's had it a bit tough already having been rescued once in 2021. His loving owner was recently hospitalized and he's once again in need of a forever home. He is kid-friendly (8+), dog-friendly, and untested with cats. He is potty trained and will go in his crate with some gentle encouragement. Because he lost his owner of four years, he will need some time and space to feel safe in a new home, but once he warms up, he's so excited to see his people and play with dog toys. Bob seems more comfortable with leashed walks rather than the freedom of a fenced yard until he has settled in and even then he likes his humans to accompany him in the yard. He will thrive in a home where he can be walked several times a day. Bob is an overall chill dude who loves his naps as much as his walks and play time. He sleeps through the night on his own dog bed. If you are interested in meeting Bob, the first step is to complete our meet and greet application at https://www.corgisandfriends.com/forms We require the application, home and reference check and meet with everyone in the home. Bob is neutered, UTD on vaccs, chipped, and HW-. His adoption fee is $350 and we do not adopt outside of Colorado.
