He is incredibly affectionate, loves meeting new people, and is happiest simply being near his family—whether he's relaxing at your feet or happily chewing on his favorite stick or long-lasting chew.

Boaz is highly food motivated and loves to learn. He's made wonderful progress with training, building his manners, leash skills, confidence, impulse control, and engagement with his handler. He thrives with structure, consistency, and positive reinforcement.

Because Boaz likely missed out on important puppy socialization, he's still learning how to interact appropriately with other dogs. He is not aggressive, but he benefits from slow, structured introductions and continued guidance to build his confidence and social skills. Boaz is kid friendly, but does get super excited so older kids would be better as he learns to tone it down because he occasionally will jump up to hug.

Boaz is fully vetted, neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and in great health after gaining weight on a nutrition plan.

One of the best parts about adopting Boaz is that he comes with a lifetime commitment from Sea Dog Animal Training (SDAT). Local adopters will receive five complimentary in-person training sessions, while out-of-state adopters will receive five complimentary virtual behavior consultations to help ensure a successful transition.

Boaz is looking for a family willing to continue investing in him. In return, hell reward you with fierce loyalty, endless affection, and a lifelong best friend.

Adoption Fee: $350
Transport available for an additional fee.

To apply:
Please fill out an application at www.ssrsaves.com or email info@ssrsaves.com and an adoption coordinator will contact you.

Our rescue is based in Houston, Texas, but we work with foster homes across multiple regions. Transport is available to approved adopters.
